How to apply a Discount Modifier before a Formula?

Hello all,

The client is working on 12.1.3.

The client is using a Pricing Formula to add some extra charges to items (for example: a "Numeric Constant" for $100, see screenshot below).

The formula is linked to the Price List's line. The product's Base price is also listed in the Price List:

When an automatic Discount Modifier is being applied, it calculates the discount per the Formula's output price, for example, ($30 + 100$) / 50%.

Is there a way to adjust the Pricing Engine so it will calculate the Discount JUST based on the Price Line's line price and not based on the Formula's outoput price? Meaning, I would like to see ($30/50%) + 100$.

Howdy, Stranger!
