Event Rules Missing

Hi Team,

This week end our CNC & Database team did some maintenance activity.

From then in DV environment, we are not able to see any event rules inside the RDA & FDA.

All the event rules are missing.

If we do an advance get from other environments say QA & PD ...we are able to see the event rules.

Is there any table that we missed to copy or how can we identify / resolve the issue.

Please help us...thank you very much.
