TLS 1.2 upgrade from TLS1.0 for Cybersource in EBS

Hello Team,

We run on EBS R12.1.3 (DB 11.2.0.3) and are on TLS 1.0 protocol for communicating with Cybersource.

Cybersource requires us to upgrade to TLS 1.2

By looking at the patch (376700.1) for the TLS 1.2 upgrade it looks like many other components needs to be upgraded, like Java, HTTPS, CPU etc...

As this upgrade needs to happen in the next 4 weeks, End of Feb'18 and because we have a global footprint (4week is short), 

Is there any other option apart from applying this patch?

(we missed earlier communication from Cybersource) so need to look for alternative solutions.

Other options like, is there a way to only upgrade iPayment to TLS1.2? OR Can the Cybersource servlet be moved to a different server running TLS1.2? OR Can the Java upgrade be restrictive to only iPayment? OR ...?
