Point In Time Report to capture Fields in Applicant Master.

Dear Community Members,

There is a Business Requirement to capture Applicants who have joined on Probation / Temporary basis maintained in Applicant Master in F08401 [Applicant Master] (prior to Hire) with proposed Category Code.APS = '98' and '99' with Effective Date in field EFTO in Point in Time Report - R060116D. The Employee Strength Report will then access the As of Date Applicant Records in History Table to generate count of Applicants who are Temporary / Probation.

Is there a workaround to capture the Applicant Data in Employee Master with the Count of such Applicants. As of now the proposed solution is to customize the Point in Time Report to access the Applicant Master for the Fields which need to be tracked for History.
