Siebel IP17 Gateway SetUp

Hello,

I am installing siebel ip17. And I have an issue while configuring gateway. I got error "Invalid Gateway Host name and/or HTTPS Port. What do I do wrong? It looks like I give good parametres but something is not passing. How I can solve this issue?
