Work orders generated through Oracle quality

Hi,

How system will intimate to users / supervisors that this work order number has been generated with oracle quality?

We have defined quality plan with certain parameters like temperature, vibration etc. so if there is any frequency change above threshold then system will create work order, but how the end user or maintenance supervisors will be intimated that this work order has been generated as per quality plan data entry?
