Oracle MAX Rep Issue

I have a connectivity problem on the maxrep engine on both sites (Production and backup)
How to add the maxep engine in the client network?
How to add the IP address to the AIT, AIS and AT ports?
we had manually add the IP address for these ports, but we lose the connection every 2 minutes
