There is no LOV available in our Key Segment Value field after our 12.2.7 upgrade

Dear EBS 12.2.x upgrade Guru:

We have upgraded our current EBS release 12.1.3 to release 12.2.7 recently.

We are in a process of testing our EBS 12.2.7 applications now.

It seems we are able to see all our migrated data in our GL, AR, AP, FA, PO, iExpense, iProcure, iSupplier and XTR applications without any issue.

However, when we try to query our Key Flexfield Segment Values via the Oracle Setup in any of our Oracle application on the screen called "Find Key FlexField Segment"

when we try to enter "%" or any other value to query an oracle below error message displays in the bottom of screen:
