HFM Rule file is not calculating data after the metadata migration.

When we made the latest Metadata change, it appears that the rules file is not recalculating or

taking into account the metadata change that was made through the environments.

Please tell us the cause of as of now issue is fixed by extracting and reloading the same rule file.
