ORA-00843: Parameter not taking MEMORY_MAX_TARGET into account

hi all, What would be the technical explanation for in the instance cart1 if the change of the parameters works but when restarting the database services in the instances cart2 and cart3 does not work.

there are the steps that were made, where the instance cart1 if it starts well, but the other instances cart3 and cart2 do not.

oracle@sf1un84-adfi1 /export/home/oracle ==> ORACLE_SID=cart1

oracle@sf1un84-cart1 /export/home/oracle ==> sqlplus sys as sysdba
