Hi,

My customers have two CRM and they want to sincronize the assets in both systems. We want to create a flow that allows asset transactions such as "change of commercial plan", for this, we are using the Siebel product configurator API methods. 

However, in the "Delta" step, the following error is generated:  

Error al invocar servicio 'SIS OM PMT Service', método 'Delta' en el paso 'Delta Asset'.(SBL-BPR-00162)

No se encontró la raíz del objeto complejo que está intentando obtener.(SBL-ORD-00105)

Reviewing the log, we only found the following additional information:
