ACA 1094 Top 30 Companies

We have companies that are not in our JDE system and we have to record the top 30 companies in the 1094 file.  Last two years we created a text file with the schema and inserted the data in the file.  JDE now has a UDC 08?XC for none JDE companies.  Does anyone know how that works?  Is there any documentation or personal notes on how to set that up so you can add them into part IV of the 1094 form for other ALE Members of Aggregated Group?  Do you just add them into 08/XC then into 08/LE and 08/ME??
