KM Search Results - end in error

I am trying to look up the US Payroll Reports and it seems that everytime I use the documentation link it ends in error.  Does anyone know if they have discontinued this use?  I have tried several machines, using internet explorer, google chrome and they all end in error.  Can anyone say if this is normal, or if these documents have moved?
