Sending SMS from Siebel

We are in the process of enabling a feature in Siebel to have the agents the ability of sending SMS from Siebel application. We are on Siebel 16 and currently use Siebel CTI. are there any third party interfaces available to send SMS from Siebel ? Please advise.
