E1 Page does not load

Dear CNC Experts,

After i build full package for JDE DV environment with status Complete with success at Client, central Object and Server, i deployed Full Package to DV920 environment.
When i try to log in to JDE via Chrome/IE as follow:-

once click Sign In, there is no pop up screen to provide error message and it will still show above screen.

Need you advice on how to trace this issues on why click sign in, it does not show the EnterpriseOne Page with all the application.

Once sign in, what is this sign in function do and what did it fetch or read to display the EnterpriseOne Page?
