very high replication threads at the xcenter

Hi,

We have six node xcenter cluster(7.1.4.17) with replication threads per node set to three in xcenter.properties. Didn't face any issue with cluster until yesterday, where the number of threads per node is displaying 12 (in xcenter/showstatus/replication webpage - attached) and for each cluster member Store Range is displayed twice in the same webpage. Nothing is changed in xcenter.properties.

Because of this primary key violation errors are created in replication tables since nodes are trying replicate same data multiple times to XCenter DB.

By restarting jetty on one node, cluster is recreated and threads were back to normal(3). Store Range is also displaying once under each member.

Howdy, Stranger!
