User able to access the Project Code after setting the Profile Option "PA: Cross Project User - Upda

Hi,

Can anyone help me on the below case.

We have PA Read Only responsibility. At responsibility level the Profile Option "PA: Cross Project User - Update" is set to No and the user is assigned as the Key Member for that Project Code. Due to this the user can able to update the Project Code.

In the metalink it is clearly stated that if the Profile Option "PA: Cross Project User - Update" is set to No the holder of this responsibility can view and update only those projects for which the holder is assigned as a key member.
