Batch BOM-Costing & MRP Effect

Hello,

I am setting up a demo in JDE 9.2. I have created a Single Batch BOM & Batch Routing of Qty=50, Same I have mentioned 50 as Accounting Cost Qty in Item Branch Plant. Also I have a created New Time Basis UDC with Qty 50 Per Hour. Now when I am doing a cost rollup, it is calculating A1-Material Cost for 50 Qty.(It should be per Qty).

To avoid this I have created a zero qty Batch BOM & Routing & Changed ACQ to 1, then everything works fine & Calculating A1,B1, B2 correctly, but when I am trying to attach the Part list to the work order generated through planning MPS,  system multiplying the Work Order Qty to the Batch BOM, instead of Zero BOM. Due to which the Work Order Part list showing Qty with multiple of WO qty.
