JDE Form missing buttons (display black symbol dot)

Hi,

End user face issue with browser tool bar, seems all buttons missing, when put mouse pointer over any buttons switch a black symbol dot.

this is related IExplorer? new SPatch applied?..?

Done:

•End user is using IE 11 version.
•Icons or buttons are missing in the application.
•We Cleared history, cookies , made changes with Active X filtering.
•The Enable native XMLHTTP Support option is enabled on his browser.
•We made all changes and restarted the browser.

Still, no results.

Icons and buttons are still not working for him on the application after all the above changes.

Please let me know is there any changes that we must make with respect to IE 11.
