Automated special instruction for tool release 9.2.1.4

Hello Team,

We are doing the tool release updgrade from 9.2.0.1 to 9.2.1.4.

In the documents we found,need to apply the ASI TL9214001.

When we checked the change assistant,we got the ASI TL9221001 only.

1.We can apply TL9221001 for 9.2.1.4?

2.If we need to apply TL9214001 please let us know from where we can download that ASI
