level id in mdp_matrix

Hi ,

What does level_id = null in mdp_matrix Means .??

Does the System has ignored this Combination for forecasting even it has Prediction status =1 . Or it has generated the forecast at higher fictive level , if we get the records in the mdp_matrix where level_id = null . then what needs to be done for removing those combinations under level id = null
