HSE Incident Activities - Length of Task Description

When listing Activities against a HSE Incident the field "Task" is populated with a Description of what needs to be done. This field is only 80 characters long.

Users who complete this information do not believe that the length of this field allows for sufficient detail to be provided to the person to whom the task is to be assigned. Have any other customers found the same issue. Are there any recommendations of ways to supplement the information that can be recorded for each task when it is being created?
