oracle database upgrade from 12.1 to 12.2

Dear Experts,

Next week, we are going to upgrade productive RAC database(database + grid) from version 12.1 to 12.2.

As an database environment is too critical  we have to manage zero downtime upgrade.

I would be very grateful if you could give me some instruction how to run upgrade process with minimum downtime.

database  environment:

12.1.0.2.0 Real Application Cluster for Linux x86-64 with RAC Physical Standby Database.
