Charges are not getting submitted because of Please specify the tax code. Line type requires the tax

Hi,

Charges are not getting submitted in service request due to below error.

Please specify the tax code. Line type requires the tax calculation.

However this issue has been identified for one item only. I enabled the purchasing flag for the item at org level and then try submitting the charges and it submitted.

However if user try to submit the charges then they still get same error. They have been submitting the charges since years but never faced such error earlier.

Please let me know if it is due to some setup change
