Generate Barcodes during Inventory receipts and scan barcodes to issue out.

Dear people,

We are in the process of implementing Oracle 12.2.6 for a client. They want to generate Barcodes for some of the items when they receive and also want to scan the barcode while issuing them out against Move orders. Can someone please explain how the barcode functionality can be achieved?
