sales order creating with yesterday's date not current date and time. Say user has created an order

sales order creating with yesterday's date not current date and time. Say user has created an order today i.e.  31st at 4:38 in CST time zone but order created with yesterday's date i.e. 30th at 23:39. This happening whenever user creates between 4-5am in cst zone. Orders created after 5m are picking correct date and time. please help here.

Due to this mismatch in current date and system date these are failing in OTM system to get auto planned.

your help on this is much appreciated.
