Getting Format Payment Instructions with Text Output into Excel/CSV Format.

Hi,

I understand from SR 3-16767609241 that we can't get the output from the 'Format Payment Instructions with Text Output' directly from Oracle into Excel/CSV Format.

I'd like to ask what methods other customers use to convert the output into Excel/CSV before importing to the bank? Our bank requires the payments to be imported in Excel/CSV format. We want as little intervention as possible to be needed from our Finance users.
