Group plan DBA setup not working

We had a PDBA setup for vacation pay at 4%.  We also had a group plan DBA setup specific to a union code to pay 4.4% for this group only.  This was working correctly.  Last pay, we changed the PDBA setup to use a table-date range method of calculation to pay 4% or 6% based on years of service.  The group plan DBA setup was not changed. On this last pay, employees' vacation pay was correctly calculated at 4% or 6%, however, employees in the union specified in the group plan setup were also paid at 4% or 6%, instead
