Budget updates to Revised, Approve, Original fields only possible?

Hello,

We are on 9.1 apps with 9.2 tools release.

Business is asking if there is a way to adjust budgets in Requested, Approved and Final fields without affecting the period buckets.  I have tried using the different standard applications / changing processing options, but cannot get to a field I can modify.

I started looking at P14102 ZJDE0001.  I can modify periods but not Requested amount.

Do I need developer to turn something on within application?
