Deleting a Change Order that was created thru P5310

Hello,

I need to delete a change order that was created thru P5310.

The CO has a status code of "P" for pending  and when I try to delete, I keep getting errors .

Can I delete a PENDING change order with KA entries or what is the best way to ensure this change order $$ does not update anything down stream ?
