Release Content Document (RCD) for Oracle Argus Safety Suite

I’ve a fundamental question around the Release Content Document (RCD) for Oracle Argus Safety Suite. Does Oracle publish the Data Model and the UI changes for different Argus versions, as it does for other products like Oracle E-Business Suite?

How can I find out the differences from data model as well as GUI perspective, if I'm migrating Oracle Argus 7.0.1 to Argus 8.1.1

Appreciate any pointers.
