Taxable wage from R073012 does not match R073170

Does anyone know why this is happening? The taxable wage amount from my prepayroll report is different than Federal tax distribution summary report. I took the Interim update from Vertex for January to include the fix for section 125 deductions and it tested successfully. Any thoughts?
