Modifying a Seeded Profile Option

I have a profile option GL: Data Access Set was not updateable at the user level.  We would like to modify the profile option definition to allow it to be assigned at the user level.

The reason behind this that we would like to have two ledgers accessible to a responsibility.  About half our users would like Ledger#1 as the default and the other would like Ledger#2.  We have come up with a potential solution where we would set up two identical Data Access Sets with the only difference being the default ledger.  Our thought was to then assign the appropriate data access set to the user level for profile option GL: Data Access Set.  Initial testing shows that this solution works.
