Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. What is the quickest way to determine if an HTML form in Oracle EBS 12.1.3 has any personalizations applied to it?

In particular, I need to determine if some of the Supplier pages have been personalized.
