Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. The Log file on 1 of my Prod Document Server has the following lines

ObjMgrLog Error 1 000394de5a710704:0 2018-01-31 13:29:48 (wrdbasic.cpp (811)) SBL-EDC-00162: [Microsoft Word Basic OLE Automation]

FileSave: Word cannot complete the save due to a file permission error. (D:\...\d02psbld02_968_5600_0_SCH Medi...)

currently running nfs v3... We know it has some issues in certain areas. We have moved the User Preferences to nfs v4.1

Any ideas as to why this error is occurring?
