Looking for guidance on how to set up Life Insurance calculation based one DOB.

We have multiple Like Insurance plans that have always used the FAGE field to calculate their premiums.  We are wanting to calculate age on DOB as of current date moving forward.  Anyone have a similar setup?  Willing to share setup?  They are wanting to implemement this rather quickly.
