Claim Invoice Cancelled in AP but Claim is not Re-Opened in Chrm

Hello -

Claim approved and transferred to AP , AP Invoice got created but Business wanted to Cancel since they associated the wrong offer code to the Claim.

They have cancelled the Invoice in AP but 'Claim Settlement Fetcher'  Program didn't picked up the Cancelled status.

Is there a way or config needs to be done to Re-Open the Cancelled Invoice Claims ? Please share your expertize here.
