Expense Report Budget Date Updates When Submitted
We recently upgraded to 9.2 Image 23, PeopleTools 8.55 in December 2017. Ever since upgrading I noticed when an expense report is submitted the budget date on the report - BUDGET_DT field on EX_SHEET_DIST record - updates to the current date (date it was submitted). Prior to upgrading we were on 9.2 Image 11, and the budget date would not update on the report when it was submitted, but remain equal to the creation date of the report.
