ToolTip Text in Expense Entry Page

Hello All -

We are currently implementing Travel and Expenses using 9.2 and our client wanted to put like a ToolTip text in some of the fields in the expense report page to better inform the users what level of Description/Information is needed entered to a specific page.  Since this is the first time that they are using PeopleSoft T&E they wanted to have a text that will be displayed when user hoover their mouse in the a certain field.

Does anyone have this scenario and any suggestions to implement this is appreciated.
