Hi, I have installed BI publisher V12.213 (32 bit) and it works fine for MS Word 2013, but now

Hi, I have installed BI publisher V12.213 (32 bit) and it works fine for MS Word 2013, but it does not work with MS Excel 2013. The banner loads and I can load the XML file but after it loads no dialog box opens when I try to insert a field.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
