Set default for the workflow Name when create a change request

We are on the Oracle Applications 12.1.3

I would like to use the Change Request function for contract changes.

Does anyone know where can I set the default for the Aproval Workflow Name ='Change Approval Process' - I have highlighted this field in green on the attachment screenshot

Only one value in my application and the user has to click on the LOVs to get this value display.
