PO approval emails

Hi

In JDE9.3 we use the PO approval process which sends an email to the approver asking them to approve PO's. When the PO is approve the raiser should get an email letting them know it has or hasn't been approved.

The email to the raiser is not coming through. All I can assume is there is something not switched on somewhere.

I've gone on menu G02 option 2 and sent an email from there using the same mailbox designator.

If anyone has any ideas, I'd greatly appreciate them
