Depot Repair Exchange / Return item to Depot, Ship model from DC

Hi all,

it would be much appreciated if someone has an idea how to tackle the following scenario in Depot Repair EBS 12.2:

Example:

Repair Depot: X

DC Warehouse: Y (same Operating Unit)

Customer "repairable"  item: A

Customer "orderable" model: B (contains item "A" which also drives the IB instance creation)

Customer returns items "A" (IB trackable) to the Depot "X". The replacement "B" will be sent out of the distribution center "Y". Due to the setup, the customer can only get model B out of the DC.

The Depot Workbench setup works properly when customer returns item A to the Depot and the DC ships item A, incl.
