ODA12.2.x oakcli create database now default to ASM for 12c databases - (11g still ACFS only)

oakcli create database ...   command now defaults the database storage to be ASM for 12c databases.

11g databases must use ACFS storage.

If you would like to continue to create databases on ACFS use an additional parameter, -storage acfs

I have yet to confirm when this functionality changed but believe the default is ODA 12.2.x

I will try to confirm this change
