Can Notification "Picking quantity discrepancy at location XXX.XX.XX" Be Sent to Multiple Users? (Doc ID 2309311.1)

Goal

System will send below notification if exception is raised during pick.

Type: MTL Transaction Reasons Workflow
Subject: Picking quantity discrepancy at location XXX.XX.XX

Is it possible to send the same notification to multiple users?

Is there any way to control the distribution list?

Solution

Currently, the notification is only sent to Warehouse Manager Responsibility.
Any user who is assigned by Warehouse Manager Responsibility will receive this notification.
