Adv Pricing for Kit Parent line are doubleing up inbound thru EDI

Adv Pricing adjustments applied to the BP  has R47011 loads to F4211 and then again in Price history of the line Therefore,  Doubling up.

This is only happening on the Kit parent lines and the Pricing method used on the kit setup is a '2'
