When I import a encumbrance journal entry it doesn't do the budget control

Hi,

I need to import encumbrance journal entries from an external application, I enter the data in the gl_interface but this does not control budget.
Do I have to enter the data first in the bc_packets? Does anyone know how can I do this?

The same thing happens when I import the purchase order, makes the encumbrance journal entry but also does not control the budget.

I would appreciate any help
