Standard cost update process created accounting event with No Accounting Needed status (event status

Hi Gurus

We faced a scenario where Standard cost update process has been run. Then when user run create accounting the accounting event got generated with No Accounting Needed status. The events are marked as N for event status code.

And when we check the material transaction for that standard cost update transaction, no distribution has been generated.

Could you kindly let me know for which cases the standard cost update material transaction should generate material distribution and process accounting event and for which case it won't.
