Urgent, plz - Error while approving PO via notification

Hi All,

Please guide to rectify below error, facing when clicking Approve (via notification):

ORA-20002: 3103: Attribute 'DOCUMENT_ID' does not exist for item 'POAPPRV/3285098-244082'. ORA-06512: at "APPS.WF_NOTIFICATION", line 5774 ORA-06512: at line 6
