Sales order lines LOV not show item lists

  

Hi Guys,

  

  We are using Oracle EBS system and I crated new OM , INV, AR  responsibilities for new division on UAT while in order management sales order line I can't see the items in LOV and I an sure of the below :

  

  1- create the OU.

  2- Create Organization and linked to the operating unit and assign all items to this organization.

  3- link the Responsibility OM with the OU in profile options :

  - MO: Operating Unit

  - MO: Security Profile

  - HR: Security Profile

3- define shipping parameter.
